That Hollywood puppy he have more surgery today on his eye. I hopes it was a different doctor what did it this time. Last time, it was not so good. He has the lamp on his head again.

Mama was at work all day today and then she not come home til late tonight. These long work days are hard on me. I am glad I not go today, she say I not have any naps at work today!

But I tired so I go now. Have fun everyone!

The Bad List Gets Bigger...

Every body knows a cocker spaniel will eat anything what smells nummy. Its our job! Well, Mama says that there is even MORE things I not allowed to eat.

I not allowed to be close to gum. I sometimes find gum on the ground. Treasure!!! It is the coolest thing! Mama gets all mad and grabby and loud. Mama's note: some gums contain Xylitol, a sweetener commonly used in lo-cal candy, gum and baked goods. Even small amounts are deadly. Check the ASPCA article about it here.

I not allowed to has grapes. I love grapes. I not happy bout this one. Grapes are cool and sweet and they go sploosh-pop in ma mouth. Sooo good on a hot day.

And now that Hollywood's been here, I not allowed to eat catbox crunchies anymore. Do ya blame me?! One dog with cat shit breath, ok, but TWO???

And then onions, chocolate, raw tatoes... but I found a new one I do love AND I can has! Raw golden beets... yummmmmmmmmmm!

Mama is so sneaky with the camera. Me an' Hollywood was playing and she made a movie of it and we didn't even know!

A Sad Sad Day, Kind of

Mama says my kitties are going  back to the SPCA today.  That means I not plays with them anymore.  On the other paw, that means they not suck the skin off my tumtums anymore.

I is going to miss them.  But I not getting much naps lately cause that Hollywood puppy, he just go and go and go.  Who knew puppies has so much energy?  I'm sure I was not like that.

But I smell new kitties in the house.  They are in the room where that other big kitty used to  live, the one what always yell at me and chase me.  It smell like babies, but littler.  I lied in front of the door last night, breathing deep and trying to get the bestest smell I could.  Mama not let us in there.

Maybe tomorrow I get to see what is in there!

Wow

Oh my Dog I is tired today.  There was 7 dogs in to the shop today.  That is the secondest busiest day my Mama has had being a groomerer.  I kept trying to go into Kennel for a nap but 'Rango-cat he got out for a while and he sure caused a fuss.  But he smelled soooo good today.  Auntie Karen said he was rank.  I not know what that is but it must be good cause Mama agreed real loud!

There was a poor old doggy there today who had doo claws that made Mama and Auntie Karen really upset.  I not has any doo claws so I can't tell you what they was saying.  But it sounded very very bad!  So everybody make sure your Mama and Papa knows you needs your doo claws cut short!

That is all for today, folks.  I go to my Kennel now for sleeps.  I not has a nap today (even though Hollywood did - that guy he sleep anywhere) and after cuddling with my kitties I am soo sleepy.

Hello World! I'm Here!

Wohoo! Finally! I has my own space to tell you all about me and my world! Has to say its about time, Mama, cause I has lots to say.

So I is Meira. I think my middle name is No. You says it like this, me rah NO! Mama says it like mirror if you is from Boston. Or Brooklyn. Whatever. Mama says weird stuff that not makes sense.

I has a big sister named Come Here Jessie Girl. She is old. She is 18. She not likes puppies much, but I thinks I growing on her. We plays now. I grabs her tail gentle with my mouth and I pulls. Ha! She slides around and around on the floor. And she makes a funny noise. But then she tries to hit me on my nose. Is a cute nose, don't you think so? Mama loves my nose soooo much she took a picture way up close. See?

Right now I has 2 baby kitties that I look after. They not has a Mama of their own so Alice and Loa live here with us for now. They is too little to live alone.



Here I is washing Loa. Alice is waiting her turn. They loves to come and suck on my tumtum. I not know why. Nothing happens. But I likes how it feels. I likes to let them come and suck on my tumtum. I loves it.

I also loves my new brother Hollywood. He lives with us for a little while cuz he needs to go have a noperation. I not know why, he not seem sick to me. Mama says he has cherry eye.



Anyways, my kitties wants to come and suck on my tumtum again so I go now. I comes back, though, not to worry. Bye bye!
